행복주택 거주 청년층의 주거만족도

The Residential Satisfaction of the Youth who Live in the Happy Housings

본 연구의 목적은 충청권 행복주택에 입주한 청년층의 주거만족도에 대해 파악하여 행복주택의 물리적 환경 및 운영에 대한 개선방안을 제시하는 것이다. 연구방법은 대전과 충주의 3개 행복주택에 입주한 청년층 84명을 설문조사하여 SPSS 통계 프로그램으로 백분율, ANOVA분석을 하였다. 결과는 다음과 같다. 1)청년 1인가구의 행복주택 입지 및 주변환경의 만족도는 행복주택과 직장과의 거리 만족도가 3.24점으로 가장 높았고, 주변 문화시설 만족도가 2.19점으로 가장 낮았다. 2)청년 1인가구가 가장 필요로 하는 커뮤니티시설은 피트니스센터가 64.3%로 가장 높았고 다음으로 독서실 40.5%이었다. 3) 단지에서 운영되길 희망하는 프로그램은 요가·운동프로그램이 56.0%로 가장 높았다. 4) 지역교류를 희망하는 사람들이 원하는 교류활동 분야는 스포츠활동이 50.0%로 가장 높았다.

The purpose of this study was to make improvement suggestions for the physical environment and operation of the happy housings, based on the understanding of the residential satisfaction and regional communications of the youth who lived in the housings of Chungcheong area. Data were analyzed the percentage and ANOVA by SPSS program from the questionnaire answered by 84 young single-person households living in the happy housings located at Daejeon and Cheongju city. The results were as follows. First, the satisfaction of the youth on the housing location and the surrounding environment was highest with 3.24 points, whereas the satisfaction on the distance between housing and workplace was lowest with 2.19 points. Second, the most needed community facilities for the youth were fitness centers with 64.3%, followed by reading rooms with 40.5%. Third, the most needed programs for them was the yoga and exercise program with 56.0%. Fourth, sports were the most desired activity as regional communications with 50.0% for them.
