This study conducted a network analysis of the Thanatpin village in Myanmar, which promoted the community-driven development project. Each network was formed by researching who receive the most trust in the village, who meet most often and whom information was obtained mainly from, and analyzed the key-man of the project. As a result of the analysis of the network, the most influential actors are Saemaul leader, Village head, Women’s club leader, Village Advisory, coordinator, and the rector of cooperative university, Thanlyin. In particular, Saemaul leader was identified as the most influential node in all networks, and successfully established himself in the community power structure within the village. The policy implications are as follows. First, community-driven development project need to be implemented in the long run. Second, the competent project manager and local government officer who can visit the village regularly and manage the project is important. Third, it is necessary to implement a project in a way they can secure funds in the village by using the project fund as seed money.
