보이텔스바흐 합의를 적용한 평화 수업의 실행

Implementation of peace education applying the Beutelsbacher Konsens

본 연구는 평화에 관심을 갖고 평화를 지향하는 세계시민을 길러내기 위한 평화 수업의 가능성을 모색한 것이다. 평화를 알아보기 위해 역설적으로 평화롭지 못한 상황, 그중에서도 난민을평화 수업의 주제로 삼았다. 난민에 대한 쟁점을 알아봄으로써 평화를 위한 노력을 탐구할 수있는 수업을 마련하였다. 이를 위해 보이텔스바흐 합의를 적용하여 제주도 예멘 난민 이슈를주제로 삼은 평화 수업을 구안하였다. 수업에 보이텔스바흐 합의를 적용할 수 있도록 보이텔스바흐 합의 내용 및 변천을 살펴보았다. 그리고 합의 원칙 3가지를 수업에 적용하기 위하여 각각을2개의 영역으로 나누고 그것들이 수업에서 달성될 수 있는 방법을 8가지의 실행 요인화하여 제시하였다. 각각의 원칙을 달성할 수 있는 실행 요인을 적용하여 총 3회기의 평화 수업을 구성하였다. 강압 금지의 원칙을 달성하기 위해 난민 쟁점을 알아볼 때 자유롭고 안전한 토론 분위기가형성될 수 있게 하였다. 논쟁성 재현 원칙을 달성하기 위해 충돌하고 있는 난민 이슈를 학습자수준에 맞게 논쟁 상황을 재구조화하고, 다양한 방법을 활용하여 상황을 표현하였다. 학습자 이익상관성 원칙을 달성하기 위해 난민 문제와 학생들의 삶이 갖는 연관성을 찾을 수 있게 하고, 평화에 대한 자신의 입장을 견지할 수 있는 실천 공간을 안내하였다.

This study contains the possibility of peace classes to raise interest in peace and to foster peace-oriented global citizens. In order to find out the peaceful situation, refugees were chosen as the subject of the peace education. Classes were arranged to explore efforts for peace in order to get to know the issues about refugees. A peace class was created on the subject of the Yemeni refugee issue in Jeju Island by applying the Butelsbacher Konsens. The contents and history of the Butelsbacher Konsens were reviewed in order to prepare a class that applied the Butelsbacher Konsens. And so that the three principles of consensus can be applied to the class, each of them is divided into two areas, and the methods that can be achieved in the class are presented as eight implementation factors. A total of three peace classes were planned according to the implementation factors that could achieve Butelsbacher Konsens each principle. The effect of the class was revealed by examining the students reactions that changed after the class was executed. This study explored the possibility of peace classes applying the Butelsbacher Konsens.
