내러티브를 활용한 초등학생의 인성 음악교육 방안

Using Narrative for Elementary School Students Character Education Music Study

본 연구는 내러티브를 활용하여 초등학생의 인성교육과 음악 실기교육을 접목한 기초자료를 제공하는 데 목적이 있다. 개별적으로 이루어졌던 인성교육과 현악기 실기교육의 접목 방안으로는 Bruner의 내러티브 구성(시작점, 내러티브 동력, 회복 노력, 결의) 및 Burke의 내용 구분(행위, 행위자, 장소, 방법, 목적)을 기반으로 Josephson이 제안한 인성의 여섯 가지 가치관(신뢰, 존중, 책임, 공정, 배려, 시민 정신)과 음악 실기교육 내용을 내재한 내러티브를 제시하였다. 또한 학습자의 내적인 성장과 음악 실기에 의미를 두어 인성교육과 음악 실기교육을 접목한 질문을 포함하였다.

The purpose of this study is to provide basic information for using the narrative form to combine character education with practical music education for elementary school students. To this end, Bruner s four narrative parts (initial canonical state, engine of the narrative, the action to restore the initial state, and resolution) and Burke s pentad (act, agent, scene, agency and purpose) are used as the frame for incorporating Josephson s six pillars of character (trustworthiness, respect, responsibility, fairness, caring, and citizenship) with elements of musical instrument learning. Additionally, question and answer activities are suggested to promote practical and moral development.
