예비보육교사가 보육실습과정에서 경험한 팀티칭에 대한 고찰

Study about Team-teaching Experienced by Student Teachers during Their Practicum

본 연구는 예비보육교사가 보육실습과정에서 경험하게 되는 팀티칭에 대한 이야기를 들어보고 이를 분석해 봄으로써 추후 교사생활에 도움이 되는 팀티칭에 대한 기초자료를 제공하고자 하는데 그 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 4주간의 보육실습을 마치고 교사가 되고자 하는 예비보육교사 10명을 대상으로 집단심층면담을 하였으며 면담을 통해 수집된 자료는 분석과정을 거쳐 3개의 상위범주와 각 2~3개의 하위범주로 추출되었다. 연구결과, 예비보육교사는 양질의 보육프로그램 수립, 교수 효능감 상승, 영유아에게 민감하게 반응하기 위해 팀티칭은 필요하다고 하였다. 보육실습과정에서 예비보육교사는 실습지도교사의 긍정적 팀티칭 운영과 부정적 팀티칭의 모습을 경험하였으며 팀 교사 간의 실습생지도와 성향의 다름으로 인해 보육실습에 어려움을 겪은 것으로 나타났다. 효율적인 팀티칭 운영을 위한 방안으로 교사양성과정과 현직교사교육으로 팀티칭교육이 필요함을 언급하였으며 팀 교사의 성향검사 및 팀 교사 간 융합할 시간의 필요성에 대해 이야기 하였다. 본 연구를 통해 보육현장, 실습지도교사, 대학교사양성과정에서 효과적인 팀티칭이 운영을 위한 방안이 모색되기를 기대한다.

This research aims to analyze various stories about team-teaching experienced by student teachers during their practicum and to provide basic data on team-teaching that will help their future teacher lives. For this, group in-depth interviews were conducted subjecting 10 student teachers who have finished 6 week of practicum and are expected to become early childhood teachers. The collected data from the interviews were categorized through the analysis process and were divided into 3 upper categories followed by 2 or 3 sub-categories each. The results of the study are as follows. The early childhood pre-service teachers considered necessity of team-teaching as establish to high quality program establish and as efficacy in teaching increase and as a sensitive response to early childhood. The pre-service teachers conveyed that they experienced positive and negative team-teaching of guidance teachers during the practicum. In addition, the early childhood pre-service teachers claimed that the difficulties by team-teacher s difference guide practice and difference character. The early childhood pre-service teachers said expeditious team-teaching management plan is team-teaching education needed for teacher training course and in-service teacher training. Also they said team teacher test of character and need time to harmony. This research is meaningful in that it finds effective expeditious team-teaching management plan for the early childhood pre-service teachers, early childhood education institutes, and teacher training programs of universities by examining interactions experienced by student teachers.
