대학생의 사회적 지지, 그릿, 진로결정수준, 진로탐색행동 간의 구조적 관계

The structural relationship among social support, grit, career decision status, and career exploration behavior of university students

본 연구는 대학생들의 사회적 지지, 그릿, 진로결정수준, 진로탐색행동 간의 구조 관계 모형의 적합성을 살펴보고, 사회적 지지와 진로탐색행동 두 변인 간의 관계에서 그릿과 진로결정수준의 매개 역할을 검증하는데 목적이 있다. 이러한 목적을 달성하기 위하여 편의 표집 방식을 활용하였고, 전라북도 지역의 4년제 대학교에 재학 중인 대학생 492명을 연구 대상으로 선정하였다. 자료 분석은 SPSS 23.0과 AMOS 23.0을 이용하여 이루어졌다. 연구 결과, 대학생의 사회적 지지와 그릿, 진로결정수준, 진로탐색행동 간의 구조모형은 적합한 것으로 확인되었다. 사회적 지지 중 부모/교수 지지와 진로결정수준의 관계에서 그리고 부모/교수 지지와 진로탐색행동의 관계에서 그릿은 매개 역할을 수행하였다. 또한 부모/교수 지지와 진로탐색행동의 관계에서 그릿과 진로결정수준은 이중매개 역할을 수행하는 것으로 나타났다.

This study attempted to examine the structural relationship among social support, grit, career decision status, and career exploration behavior of university students and the mediator role of social support and career exploration behavior in the relationship between social support and career exploration behavior. In order to verify the hypothesis stated in this study, 492 students attending the 4-year universities in Jeollabuk-do area were selected using convenience sampling method. SPSS 23.0 and AMOS 23.0 were used for data analysis. The results proved that the structural equation model among social support, grit, career decision status, and career exploration behavior of university students was statistically legitimate. Grit played a significant mediator in the relationship between parent’s/professor’s support and career decision status and parent’s/professor’s support and career exploration behavior. Grit and career decision status played double mediators in the relationship between parent’s and professor’s support and career exploration behavior.
