제주지역 기부자의 기부에 대한 인식과 태도에 관한 연구

본 연구에서는 제주지역 기부자들의 기부 인식과 태도에 대한 실태 조사, 분석과 개인 기부문화 확대 방안을 제시하고자 한다. 기부활성화를 위한 주요 방안들을 제시하면, 우선 대부분의 기부자들은 기부자 혜택과 인정을 중요시 하고 있다. 따라서 이들의 기부를 당연하게 여길 것이 아니라 이들 의 기부금이 지역사회와 기관 발전에 크게 기여한다는 것을 확실히 인식하며 존중하여야 할 것이다. 둘째, 기부를 받은 기관과 단체는 투명한 기금 운용, 충실한 사업이행, 전문적 서비스를 제공하여 신뢰 회복과 양질의 관계 구축을 통해 지속적으로 기부자와 소통하여야 한다. 셋째, 기부의 공식화와 제도화를 위해 안정적이고 지속적인 기부 유치와 효율적인 모금을 위한 기부 프로그램을 제도화해야 한다. 마지막으로 관계형성에 기반한 운영으로 기부자들의 정보에 기반한 점근 과 함께 기부자들이 욕구를 만족시키고 모금효과를 극대화하기 위한 장기 적 관계형성이 필수적이다.

The purpose of this study was to analyze donators perception of and attitude toward donation, their satisfaction with donation and their trust of donatory as well as the differences of such factors depending on their demographic variables, and examine the effects of such factors on their intention for donation, assuming that those who had ever donated to some non-profit organization would be more likely to donate big amount of money to them The results of this study can be summarized as follows; First, as a result of examining donators perception of and attitudes toward donation, it was found that they did not perceive that donations regardless of amount of money were not active across the society but perceived that they themselves were more concerned about donations or that trey therrmselves would be nure likely to donate in the future. Second, as a result of analyzing their satisfaction with donation, it was fot.md that trey were nure or less satisfied with donation, which suggests that it is necessary to take rreasures to enhan:e donators satisfaction with their donation. Third, as a consequence of analyzing donators trust of donatory, it was found that they trusted. the donatory more than normally, while such differed significantly depeniing on such dermgraphic variables as age, academic background, religious status, monthly income and annual amount of donation Given the above findings, the following reform measures for activation of donation were put forwards; First, donatory should be more transparent, professional and trustworthy. Second, donations of high amount of money should be induced fomally and systemtically. Third, the donation system should be operated based on human relationship. Fourth, big donators should be recognized socially. Lastly, it is deemed necessary to publicize big donations to the public to enhance the social recognition of big donations and at the same time, justify the big fund raising.
