실무능력 향상을 위한 지적교육 개선에 관한 연구

A Study on the improvement of Cadastral Education to Improve Practical Skills

지적분야는 업무수행 관점에서 크게 지적행정과 지적측량 두 가지로 분류할 수 있으며, 이러한 지적행정과 지적측량을 전담 수행하는 인력들은 지적관련학과 설치대학의 졸업생들이 많은 부분을 차지하고 있다. 지적업무에 종사하고 있는 지적관련학과를 졸업한 산업계 종사자의 설문조사 결과 대학의 전공 교과목은 실무에 대한 차이가 크고 이에 따른 재교육 시간이 필요하다고 조사되었다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 지적학과 졸업생들의 실무능력 향상을 위한 지적교육 개선안을 제안하였다. 이를 위해 지적관련학과를 졸업한 지적분야 산업계 종사자를 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하여 업무수행에 필요한 지식 및 기술 등의 필요사항을 도출하였으며, 현행 지적분야 산업계에서 활용하고 있는 실무교육 강화, 드론 운용교육 확대, GIS 소프트웨어 운용교육 및 인성교육 강화 등 실무능력 향상을 위한 지적교육 개선안을 제안하였다.

Cadastral works can be largely classified into cadastral administration and cadastral surveying. The Cadastral administration and cadastral surveying workers are mostly graduates of the cadastral- related departments. As a result of a survey of workers who graduated from the cadastral-related departments who are engaged in cadastral work, it was found that major subjects in universities have a large difference in their practice and that retraining time was necessary. Therefore, this study proposed an improvement of cadastral education to improve practical ability of the graduates of the cadastral-related department. To this end, a survey was conducted on cadastral field workers who graduated from cadastral-related departments to derive necessary information, such as knowledge and skills necessary when performing works. A proposal was proposed to improve cadastral education to improve practical skill, such as reinforcing practical education used in the current cadastral field industry, expanding drone operation education, and strengthening GIS software operation education and personality education.
