Purpose - The purpose of this paper is to discusses the theoretical way to improve the Spontaneous Viability of power subject and occupy the competitive advantage through the explanation of the theory of Concordance Process. Design/Methodology/Approach - Based on Concordance Process, the power subject has five basic attributes: creation, preservation, domination, attribution and combination. When the above attributes portfolio at the same time, there will be a good order of competition and cooperation between the right subjects, so that they can gain competitive advantage. Concordance Process theory includes both positive power can produce positive social order and negative power can produce negative social order. The key lies in the intention of power executors and the characteristics of power process. The key lies in the intention of power executors and the characteristics of power process. The theory also holds that normal power must go through four life cycles: formation, growth, stability and decline. Power dynamic is composed of internal power, social power and self power. When the behavior of the power subject is dominated by four unreasonable conditions, its spontaneous survival ability will be restrained, so it cannot produce positive power. Findings - This paper cites the relevant empirical research results to verify the practicability of Concordance Process theory in improving the competitive advantage of enterprises. Research Implications - In the future, this theory will be further applied to the management of public utilities and the improvement of innovation ability of enterprises.
