킨볼 운동중재가 여중생의 건강 체력과 신체적 자기개념에 미치는 영향

연구의 목적은 12주간의 킨볼 운동이 여자 중학생의 건강 체력과 신체적 자기 개념에 미치는 영향을 알아보는 데 있다. 연구의 목적 달성을 위하여 D시 소재 S중학교 여중생 26명을 선정한 후 운동집단과 통제집단에 각각 13명씩 무선 할당하여 킨볼 운동 전과 후의 건강 체력과 신체적 자기개념을 측정하였다. 킨볼 운동은 12주 동안 주 3회 45분씩 실시하였다. 통계 처리는 SPSS 20.0 통계 프로그램으로 t 검증을 실시하여 분석하였으며, 통계적 유의 수준은 α=.05로 설정하였다. 연구결과 첫째, 건강체력은 운동 집단에서 근지구력, 심폐지구력, 체지방률에서 통계적으로 유의차가 나타났고, 중재 후 집단 간에는 근력과 심폐지구력에서 통계적으로 유의차가 나타났다. 둘째, 신체적 자기개념은 운동집단에서 스포츠 유능감, 신체활동, 지구력, 근력에서 통계적으로 유의차가 있었고, 중재 후 집단 간에는 스포츠 유능감과 신체활동에서 통계적으로 유의차가 나타났다. 결론적으로 12주간의 킨볼 운동은 여자 중학생들의 건강 체력 및 신체적 자기개념의 향상에 긍정적인 효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다.

The purpose of this study was to provide basic data for the development of an exercise program for interesting in physical activity through kinball sport at school by analyzing the effect of taking part in kinball exercise program for 12 weeks on health related physical fitness and physical self-concept of middle school girls. In order to achieve the aim of this study, 26 girls at S Middle School located in D City were selected at randomizing and the assigned 13 students each for the exercise group and control group. Before and after the participation in kin-ball activity, They were measured health related physical fitness test and physical self-concept test. Kin-ball exercise was performed for 45 minutes of each time and 3 times a week during 12 weeks. The data gained from this study were analyzed using the t-test in SPSS 20.0 statistical program. The statistical significance level was setting α=.05. The results were as follows; First, as a result of health related physical fitness was differences significantly in muscular endurance, cardiovascular endurance and % body fat in exercise group, between the groups, Muscle strength and cardiovascular endurance was differences significantly. Secondly, as a result of physical self-concept was differences significantly in physical activity, muscle strength, endurance, sports competence in exercise group, sports competence and physical activity were differences significantly as well. In conclusion, the taking part in kinball program for 12 weeks got effects on the improvement in the health related physical fitness and physical self-concept of middle school girls.
