간호대학생의 DISC 행동유형에 따른 전공만족도, 대인관계 만족도, 의사소통 능력에 관한 연구

A Study on the Major Satisfaction, Personal Satisfaction, and Communication Competence according to DISC Behavioral Styles of Nursing College Students

본 연구는 간호대학생의 DISC 행동유형에 따른 전공만족도, 대인관계 만족도, 의사소통 능력의 차이를 파악하고자 한 서술적 상관관계 연구이다. 본 연구는 2019년 10월 7일부터 2019년 10월 25일까지 D시 소재 대학교에 재학중인 간호 대학생을 대상으로 시행하였다. 연구 결과 대상자의 DISC 행동유형은 신중형, 사교형, 안정형, 주도형 순으로 나타났다. 간호대학생의 DISC 행동유형에 따른 전공만족도는 신중형(3.89점)이 가장 높게 조사 되었고, 대인관계 만족도는 유의한 차이가 나타나지 않았으며, 의사소통 능력에서는 사교형(3.85점)이 높게 나타났다. 이러한 연구 결과를 토대로 간호대학생은 DISC 유형별로 특성과 장단점을 가지고 있으므로 학생 지도 시행동유형을 이해하고 강점을 최대화하는 것이 필요하다. 전공만족도, 대인관계 만족도, 의사소통 능력을 향상시키기 위하여 DISC 행동유형별 맞춤형 상담 및 지도 프로그램, 교육방법이 요구된다.

This study is a descriptive correlation study to understand differences in major satisfaction, personal satisfaction, and communication competence of nursing college students according to their types of DISC behavior. This study was conducted on nursing college students attending the University of D-City from October 7, 2019 to October 25, 2019. The study found that the types of DISC behavior of the subjects were Conscientiouness, Influence, Steadiness, and Dominance. The major satisfaction level of nursing college students based on the type of DISC behavior was highest in Conscientiouness style(3.89 points), the satisfaction level of personal relationships was not significantly different, and the Influence style(3.85 points) was high in communication competence. Based on these findings, nursing college students have characteristics and advantages for each type of DISC, so it is necessary to understand the type of behavior and maximize their strengths in student guidance. Customized counseling, guidance programs, and education methods for each type of DISC behavior are required to improve major satisfaction, interpersonal satisfaction, and communication competence.
