액션러닝 교수학습방법을 적용한 수업이 간호대학생의 셀프리더십과 자기주도 학습능력, 문제해결능력에 미치는 효과

The Effects of Lessons Applying Action Learning Teaching and Learning Methods on Self Leadership of Nursing Students, Self-Directed Learning Ability and Problem Solving Ability

본 연구의 목적은 액션러닝 교수학습방법을 적용한 수업이 간호대학생의 셀프리더십과 자기주도 학습능력, 문제해결능력에 미치는 효과를 확인하기 위함이다. 연구대상은 전남에 소재한 4년제 대학 간호대학생을 대상으로 하였다. 연구결과는 액션러닝 교수학습방법 적용 후 셀프리더십(t=-13.463, p<.000), 자기주도 학습능력(t=-10.249, p<.000), 문제해결능력(t=-11.719, p<.000)이 모두 향상된 것으로 나타났으며, 하위영역에서는 셀프리더십의 행동중심적 전략(t=-12.848, p<.000)과 인지적 전략(t=-13.510, p<.000), 자기주도 학습능력의 학습계획(t=-.182, p=010), 학습실행(t=-10.948, p<.000), 학습평가(t=-10.024, p<.000), 문제해결능력의 문제의 명료화(t=-10.695, p<.000), 원인분석(t=-8.336, p<.000), 대안개발(t=-6.983, p<.000), 계획실행(t=-8.373, p<.000)에서 유의한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 최근 대두되고 있는 액션러닝 교수학습방법을 교과과정에 적용하여 그 효과를 검증하였다는 점에서 의의가 있으며, 향후, 액션러닝 교수학습방법을 다양한 환경의 교과과정과 학생들의 수준을 고려하여 적용하고, 그에 따른 효과를 확인하는 연구와 다양한 변수들을 추가하여 광범위한 연구가 필요하리라 본다.

The purpose of this study is to confirm the effects of lessons applying action learning teaching and learning methods on self-leadership of nursing students, self-directed learning ability, and problem solving ability. The subjects of this study were nursing college students in a four-year college located in Jeollanam-do. The study results showed that self-leadership(t=-13.463, p<.000), self-directed learning ability(t=-10.249, p<.000), and problem-solving ability(t=-11.719, p<.000) were all improved after applying the action learning teaching and learning method. In the sub-areas, there was a significant difference in self-leadership s behavior centered strategy(t=-12.848, p<.000), cognitive strategy(t=-13.510, p<.000), self-directed learning ability s learning plan(t=-.182, p=010), learning practice (t=-0.948, p<.000), learning evaluation(t=-10.024, p<.000), clarification of problem solving ability (t=-10.695, p<.000), cause analysis(t=-8.336, p<.000), alternative development (t=-6.983, p<.000), and planning implementation(t=-8.373, p<.000). This study is significant in that the effectiveness of the recently emerging action learning teaching and learning method was applied to the curriculum. In the future, It is necessary to apply the action learning teaching and learning method in consideration of the curriculum of various environments and the level of students, and then a study to confirm the effect and a wide range of studies by adding various variables.
