문화예술교육사의 직무 역할에 대한 내러티브 연구

A Narrative Study on the Role of Culture and Arts Educators

문화예술교육사 자격증 제도가 시행된 이후로 많은 문화예술교육사들이 양성되고, 실제 현장에서 교육자로서 활발하게 활동하고 있다. 그에 반해 문화예술교육사가 함양해야 할 직무의 역할은 모호하다. 문화와 예술의 간극에서 스스로가 문화, 혹은 예술교육이 주체인지 정체성 확립에 어려움과 함께 다양한 교육 환경 및 학습자를 경험하게 되면서 내부적·외부적 혼란을 겪고 있다. 따라서 본 연구는 이러한 연구문제를 지니고, 실제 다양한 영역에서 문화예술교육사로 활동하고 있는 인물을 대상으로 내러티브 연구를 진행하였다. 이 과정에서 국가직무능력표준(NCS)에서 제시하고 있는 직업기초능력 영역과 문화예술교육사의 직무역할에 대한 선행연구 간의 교차 비교를 통해 유의미한 요소들을 도출하여 다시금 문화예술교육사의 역할을 상기하며 연구를 이어나갔다. 이를 통해 문화예술교육 관련 활동을 진행한 연구 대상자의 경험을 기반으로 문화예술교육사가 지향하여야 하는 궁극적인 목표와 직무의 역할들은 무엇인지 모색하고 그 당위성을 제언하고자 한다.

The certification system for culture and arts education was implemented. In fact, many educators teach culture and arts. However, the exact job role of the current culture and arts educator is ambiguous. They are also confused about what their identity is, meeting a variety of learners. Therefore, the research is sympathetic and interested in the problems they are going through. And she selected a real culture and arts educator and conducted a narratives study based on her experience. Prior to conducting a narratives study, NCS job competencies related to culture and arts education provided by Korea were cross-comparated in prior research. This process is a good measure of the job competency provided by the State and the job competency carried out in practice. The results of cross-comparation reminded us of the role of cultural and artistic educators. Through the narratives, various problems found in the practice of culture and arts education were found. These studies give a positive influence in the future. Through all these processes, this study seeks the ultimate goal of education, through the role of the state-established culture and arts education and the narratives of field experts. And, I suggest that justification. In conclusion, through this study, we will seek to improve the role of cultural and artistic educators, their job competencies and the support of the state.
