In this study, using traditional DEA and Bootstrap-DEA models for 33 companies related to pollock production, estimated the technology efficiency, pure technology efficiency, and scale efficiency for individual companies. In DEA analysis, the technical efficiency of pollock companies was 0.9098 in the CCR model and 0.9557 in the BCC model, indicating that inefficient input excess of about 9% and about 4%, respectively. The scale efficiency was 0.9519, and the inefficiency due to the failure to achieve optimal scale management was about 5%. In this result, it was analyzed that the degree of inefficiency caused by an inappropriate scale was higher because the scale inefficiency was higher. As a result of estimating the 95% confidence interval for the technology efficiency in the Bootstarp-CCR model, the average of the technology efficiency was 86%, and it was analyzed that there is an inefficiency of 14%. The main inefficiency of technology efficiency is 9% in pure technology efficiency and 6% in scale efficiency.
