Among public rental housing, permanent rental housing greatly contributes to the stability of the common people s housing as it reduces the burden of housing expenses for the low-income class and enjoys a relatively stable housing environment. However, in some complexes, the vacancy rate increases due to the absence of convenience facilities such as elevators, causing social losses. In this study, the main factors influencing the vacancy rate of permanent rental housing were statistically analyzed through multiple regression analysis using R studio . As a result of the study, there is a statistically significant relationship between the installation of elevators and the vacancy rate of permanent rental housing. It can be seen that rental houses without elevators have a vacancy rate of about 8% higher than rental houses with elevators. Therefore, it is urgent to install an elevator first in a complex that does not have an elevator installed among the previously supplied permanent rental houses. And the complex, which is expected to be supplied in the future, needs to expand convenience facilities such as elevators as an architectural planning element.
