충남 결혼이주여성들의 문화다양성 구현 수준에 따른 유형별 특성

Characteristics Comparison according to the Level of Cultural Diversity Realization of Marriage Migrant Women in Chungnam Province

본 연구는 충남 결혼이주여성들의 문화다양성 구현에 대한 이질적인 집단이 존재하는지 확인하고, 각 잠재계층별 특성을 탐색하는 데 목적이 있다. 이를 위하여 충남 결혼이주여성 333명을 대상으로 하였다. 문화다양성 구현에서의 잠재계층을 확인한 결과 3개(‘저수준집단’, ‘중수준집단’, ‘고수준집단’)의 잠재적인 계층으로 구분되었으며, 3개의 잠재계층의 특성을 알아본 결과 문화예술활동참여도, 관람하고 싶은 한국･모국의 문화예술, 배우고 싶은 모국의 문화예술, 개념과 의미 인지도, 가치에 대한 동의, 의식수준, 충남 정책 강화 필요성 그리고 조례제정 필요성에서 계층별 차이를 확인하였다. 본 연구는 잠재계층을 분류하고 계층에 따른 특성을 심도 있게 살펴보았다는데 의의가 있다. 마지막으로 후속연구를 위한 제언을 제시하였다.

The purposes of the present study were to estimate the latent classes of cultural diversity realization and the characteristics of variables on these latent profiles. In order to do this, data from the data 333 of marriage migrant women in Chungnam Province was used. By using latent profile analysis, three distinct latent classes of cultural diversity realization were found. These classes were named ‘high-level group’, ‘intermediate-level group’ and ‘low-level group’. Second, one-way ANOVA analysis indicated that participation in activities, concept and meaning awareness, consent to values, level of consciousness, necessity of strengthening Chungnam policy and the necessity of ordinance establishment were significant factors. Implication of the study and recommendations for future research were discussed.
