지역사회와의 연계를 통한 직업계고 교육 운영 방안

Operation Plan for Vocational High School Education Through Community-based

이 연구의 목적은 지역사회 기반의 직업계고 운영 사례를 탐색하여 직업계고가 지역사회와의 소통과 협력을 통해 혁신적인 성장을 할 수 있는 방안을 탐색 및 도출 하는 것이다. 이러한 목적을 달성하기 위하여 사례 연구(Case study)를 실시하였으 며, 사례 내 주제 분석과 사례 간 비교 분석을 통하여 지역사회 기반의 직업계고 운영 방안을 도출하였다. 그 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 직업계고는 지역사회와 지속 적인 소통과 협력을 통해 상생할 필요가 있다. 특히 직업계고는 학교의 유휴시 설을 이용하여, 창업지원센터, 직업교육센터, 지역나눔 배움터를 지역 주민과 공유하고, 지역사회의 지역기업, 대학 및 학교, 공공기관, 첨단 장비 보유기관에서 직업교육을 함께 협력할 수 있다. 둘째, 지역사회와 연계하여 직업계고를 운영할수 있는 유형으로 진정한 성장형, 숙련기술 함양형, 가치 창출형이 도출되었다. 셋째, 지역사회 기반 직업계고 운영을 위해 지역사회의 소통과 직업계고 협력의 주요 원리로서 학교(학생, 교원)의 주도성, 교육과정 연계성, 교육활동의 역동성, 교육 여건의 효율성이 요구됨을 알 수 있었다. 마지막으로, 직업계고에서 효율적 운영을 위한 실천 전략으로서 다음과 같은 전략을 제안할 수 있다. 초·중·고·대 학교의 성장을 위한 협력, 지역 주민과 학교, 기업 등의 지역구성과의 멘토링 실시, 지역의 평생교육센터로서 주민과의 평생교육 운영, 지역 전문가를 활용한 프로젝트 수업, 지역사회와 연계한 맞춤형 프로젝트를 통한 실무 능력 향상 및 기술에 대한 전문성 강화 등 다양한 전략을 연계 적용함으로써 직업교육의 교육 운영 활성화를 기대할 수 있다.

The purpose of this study was to develop a community-based vocational management model to provide a way for vocational high schools to achieve innovative growth through communication and cooperation with local communities. To achieve the purpose of the study, a case study was conducted among qualitative research methodologies, and a community-based vocational management model was developed through intra-case subject analysis and comparative analysis between cases. The results are as follow. First, vocational high schools are required to win-win through communication and cooperation with local communities. Vocational high schools use the school s idle facilities, share entrepreneurship support centers, vocational education centers, and community sharing learning centers with local residents, and vocational education at local companies, colleges and schools, public institutions, and attached equipment in local communities. Second, the real growth type, skill cultivation type, and value creation type were derived as the community-based vocational high school operation type. Third, for the operation of community-based vocational education, it can be seen that as the main principles of community communication and vocational cooperation, leadership of schools, curriculum linkage, dynamics of educational activities, and efficiency of educational conditions are required. Lastly, as a strategy for efficient operation in vocational high schools, cooperation for the growth of local schools, mentoring with local constituents such as schools and businesses, and local residents as lifelong education centers You can practice improving life skills and strengthening your expertise in technology through lifelong education management, project lessons using local experts, and customized projects linked to the community.
