대학 모델과(科) 학생이 인지하는 자기결정성과 정서조절, 전공만족도간의 구조적 관계

Structural relation in self-determination, emotional regulation and major satisfaction of model department students: Substantiation of parallel mediation in emotional regulation

본 연구는 모델과 학생들의 자기결정성과 정서조절, 전공만족도간의 구조적 관계를 알아보고, 분석하는데 목적이 있다. 자료수집은 2020년 6월부터 9월까지 이루어졌 으며, 연구대상은 수도권 D, S, K 대학교 모델과 재학생 150명이다. 자료처리는 SPSS 22.0과 AMOS 22.0 프로그램을 이용하여 빈도분석, 탐색적 요인분석, 신뢰도 분석, 확인적 요인분석, 구조방정식모델검증, 상관관계분석 및 경로분석을 실시하였 다. 결과는 첫째, 모델과 학생들의 자기결정성은 정서조절에 유의한 영향을 미쳤으 나, 전공만족도에는 유의한 영향을 미치지 않았다. 둘째, 정서조절과 전공만족도의 관계에 있어서는 타인조절만이 유의한 영향을 미쳤다. 셋째, 자기결정성과 전공만족도 사이에서 정서조절이 완전매개 하는 것으로 나타났다. 결론적으로 이 연구를 통해 모델과 학생이 인지하는 전공만족도에 정서조절이 중요한 영향을 미치는 변인임을 알 수 있었다. 따라서 이 연구는 모델과 학생들의 전공만족도 증가를 위해서 정서 조절 능력 신장을 위한 개인과 학교차원에서 다차원적인 노력이 필요함을 시사한다.

Purpose of this analysis is to study structural relation in self-determination, emotional regulation and major satisfaction of model department students. Data accumulation is completed from June to September 2020 and the subject of study is 150 model department students in D, S, K universities. SPSS 22.0 and AMOS 22.0 programs are utilized for data processing to execute substantiation of mediation effect through frequency analysis, exploratory factor analysis, reliability analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, structural equation model, correlation analysis and path analysis. Key research findings are Self-determination of model department students has a meaningful effect on emotional regulation. However, self-determination does not have any effect on major satisfaction. The only factor that makes influence on the relation in between emotional regulation and major satisfaction is interpersonal regulation. Emotional regulation is fully mediated in between self-determination and major satisfaction. In conclusion, emotional regulation is the critical variable that affects major satisfaction model department students recognize. Thus, this study indicates that multi-dimensional efforts from both individual and organizational (university, department, etc.) parties are required to increase major satisfaction level and improve emotional regulation capability of model department students.
