As the number of telecommuting in the post-corona era increases, the role of wearable mobile devices and smart homes becomes important, and demand for smart mobility services such as self-driving cars beyond time and space constraints is soaring. Smart mobility services in the post-Corona era are signaling a civilization-historical turnaround beyond simple means of transportation. However, most of the research centers of big data and artificial intelligence-based engineers in carrying out research and development of related technologies have been negligent in human-centered research and development have been neglected. In this context, this paper looked at the risk factors caused by personalization services using artificial intelligence and related technologies for economic effects from a humanities perspective. Just as the 14th century plague led the Renaissance, coronavirus is both a crisis of uncertainty and a new opportunity. To overcome this crisis, engineers and humanists related to smart mobility in the post-Corona era will have to present academic map and human-centered services through mutual respect and collaboration.
