시트형 마스크팩 사용실태와 구매 행동과 만족도에 관한 탐색적 연구

An Exploratory Study on the Actual Conditions of Use of Sheet Mask Packs, Purchase Behavior and Satisfaction

코로나-19의 영향으로 외출이 줄면서 집에서 스스로 피부관리를 즐기는 ‘홈케어’가 확산 되고 있다. 특히, 홈케어로 피부를 관리하는 사람들 대부분은 기본적으로 마스크 팩을 활용하고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 외모에 대한 관심도가 갈수록 높아지면서, 시간과 돈을 투자하여 피부과에서 고가의 시술을 받거나 피부관리 샵에서 전문가에게 꾸준한 관리를 받는 것이 일상이 되었지만, 요즘은 집에서 휴식을 취하면서 피부관리를 하는 홈케어가 일상이 되어가고 있다. 홈케어 제품 중 가장 대표적인 상품은 시트형 마스크 팩으로 실 외뿐만 아니라 실내에서도 마스크 착용은 필수가 되면서 더욱 민감해진 피부를 위한 진정은 물론 피부 컨디션을 끌어올리기 위한 뷰티 아이템이다. 그리고 합리적인 가격으로 편리하게 사용할 수 있는 장점이 있고 홈케어 아이템으로 시트형 마스크 팩이 선호도가 높으며 시장 규모가 더욱 성장 할 것으로 전망되고 있는 상황 이다. 집에서 간편하게 피부를 관리할 수 있는 시트형 마스크 팩에 대한 수요가 늘어남에 따라 앞으로는 흡수력과 밀착력이 뛰어난 고기능성 마스크 팩에 대한 니즈가 더 많아질 전망이다. 연구 대상 및 자료 수집 방법으로 문헌연구와 학위논문을 선택하여 ‘마스크 팩’과 ‘시트형 마스크 팩’ 키워드 34개의 논문중 관련된 연구를 참조하였다. 본 연구의 시사점으로는 마스크 팩의 이론을 정리하였으며, 시트형 마스크 팩 사용실태를 비교분석 및 구매 행동과 만족도에 대해 탐색하였다. 제한점으로는 국내 문헌과 삭술 논문 자료의 수가 많지 않았고 서로 상충되는 부분이 있어 시트형 마스크 팩 사용 관련 추후 연구에 활용되기를 바란다.

Currently, after the new coronavirus infection, skin concerns are getting deeper by wearing masks without any help. In addition, skin stress caused by the hot and humid weather and the heat sensation in the mask is reaching extremes. Therefore, the “home care” that enjoys skin care at home is spreading as the number of outings decreases due to the corona 19 virus. In particular, it was found that most of the people who manage their skin with home care basically use mask packs. With increasing interest in appearance, it has become a daily routine to invest time and money to receive expensive treatments at a dermatologist or to receive constant care from a specialist at a skin care shop. Care is becoming a daily routine. The most representative product among home care products is a sheet-type mask pack, which is a beauty item for enhancing skin condition as well as soothing for more sensitive skin as it becomes essential to wear a mask not only outdoors but also indoors. In addition, it has the advantage of being able to use conveniently at a reasonable price, and the sheet-type mask pack is highly preferred as a home care item, and the market size is expected to grow further. As the demand for sheet-type mask packs that can easily manage skin at home increases, there will be more needs for high-functional mask packs with excellent absorption and adhesion. We selected literature studies and dissertations as the subject of study and data collection method, and referenced related studies among 34 papers with the keywords “mask pack” and “sheet-type mask pack”. As the implications of this study, the theory of mask packs was summarized, and the comparative analysis of the use of sheet-type mask packs, and purchase behavior and satisfaction were explored. As a limitation, there were not many domestic literatures and papers on cutting papers, and there were conflicting parts, so we hope that they will be used for future research on the use of sheet-type mask packs.
