The Kori Nuclear Power Plant which is the first commercial power plant in Korea had been permitted to continuous operation in 2008 by national nuclear safety committee and is still operating as usual. In order to satisfy with condition of continuous operation, it have been replacing and used for training of operator and license examination, but it has been strongly recommended to do complementary measures. So we have performed to development the Kori #1 simulator including turbine control system, it shows the excellent performance on the linking exam brtween simulator and control system models.
