A Study on RAM Design Method for Weapon System

In the development stage of weapon system;it is important to consider a paradigm for utilizing ILS (Integrated Logistics Support) and RAM (Reliability;Availability;Maintainability) as appropriate basis. RAM is important performance factor to estimate quantitatively efficiency of weapon system and reliability. For reducing operation maintenance cost and keeping the combat readiness condition;RAM is systematically analyzed and logistical policy is successfully promoted. In this paper;when the weapon system is developed using analysis and verification;we study on RAM design method to offer needs of ILS used in acquiring outstanding weapon system and keeping the operation and maintenance.
