S대학교의 지역사회 연계 전공학습 프로그램 활동이 학습역량, 자기주도 학습역량 및 문제해결 능력에 미치는 영향

Effect of Community-linked Major Study Program on Learning Ability, Self-directed Learning Ability and Problem-solving Ability in S University

본 연구는 S대학교 지역사회 연계 전공학습 프로그램의 효과성을 알아보고자 하는데 목적이 있다. 연구대상은 S대학교 실용음악 및 유아교육 전공 재학생 22명이다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 18.0을 사용하여 기초통계 분석을 통해 연구변인의 사전·사후 점수의 경향성을 확인하였다. Kolmogorov-Smirnov 또는 Shapiro-Wilk 정규성 검증을 실시하였고, 최종적으로 비모수통계 방법으로 분석하였다. 짝지어진 표본 간 분포 차이를 Wilcoxon 검정하였다. 주요결과는 첫째, 연구변인에 대한 사전 평균 점수에 비해 사후 평균 점수가 높아진 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, Kolmogorov-Smirnov와 Shapiro-Wilk를 통해 정규성을 확인한 결과 일부 요인에서 정규성을 만족하지 못하는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 사전·사후 평균 점수 간의 평균의 차이를 통계적인 유의성으로 검증한 결과 모든 요인에서 p<.001 수준에서 차이가 발생하였다. 본 연구결과는 지역사회 나눔과 배려, 실천을 통해 전공뿐만 아니라 역량 및 문제해결 능력을 향상시킬 수 있음을 시사하는 것이다. 이를 통해 지역사회 상생발전을 위한 대학의 역할에 대한 책무성을 강화하기 위한 방안을 도출하는데 기초자료로 활용할 수 있다는 점에 의의를 갖는다.

This purpose of this study is to find out the effectiveness of S University s community-linked major study program. The participants of the study were 22 students majoring in practical music and early childhood education at S University. The data collected for this study identified the tendency of research variables s pre- and post-score through basic statistical analysis using SPSS 18.0. Kolmogorov-Smirnov or Shapiro-Wilk normality test was conducted and finally it was analyzed by nonparametric statistical methods. Wilcoxon test was conducted for distribution differences between the paired samples. The key findings are as follows. First, we confirmed that the post average score for the study variables increased compared to the pre average score. Second, as a result of checking the normality through Kolmogorov-Smirnov or Shapiro-Wilk test, it turned out that some factors didn t satisfy the normality. Third, as a result of examining the differences between the pre- and the post-average score with statistical significance, differences occurred in every factor (p<.001). The findings suggest that through community sharing, consideration and practice, we can improve not only our ability in major but also our competence and problem-solving skills. It is meaningful that it can be used as basic data for deducing plans to strengthen the responsibility of universities for the win-win development of local communities.
