The Support Strategy of Self-standing ODA ICT Under UN SDGs: Based on Application of BOP Classes of India

Purpose The purpose of this study is to present application method to India BOP classes of Korea ;referring to Self-Standing ODA ICT support strategy under SDGs of UN. Design/Methodology/Approach This study is to make it possible to support Self-Standing ODA for escape from poverty that UN is seeking;the means for sustainable achievement of aims;finance;escalating accessibility toward economy;health;and education as the support field based on ICT on BOP classes. Findings This paper analyzed diffusion of ICT technology;that is to say ;the case study of mobile service application in Africa. Moreover;it presented that it is necessary to connect the support of ODA ICT with CSR of corporation toward BOP classes of India as the bridgehead of New Southbound Policy that Korean government is pushing ahead. Research Implications When seeing the case of Africa;we can see how important and necessary approach toward independent ICT environment is. Accordingly;the support of ODA ICT to BOP classes is executable under SDGs of UN and applicable and effective way. It is essential to adapt it to BOP classes of India and apply it to realize new southern region policy that Korean government is promoting.
