텍스트 마이닝을 활용한 디지털 포용성(Digital Inclusion)의 국제 연구 동향 분석

An Analysis of International Research Trends of Digital Inclusion Using Text Mining

본 연구의 목적은 Web of Science(WoS)에서 제공하는 학술 빅데이터를 활용하여 디지털 포용성(Digital Inclusion) 이슈를 탐색하고 향후 포용적 디지털 교육을 위한 시사점을 제공하는 것에 있다. 이를 위해 WoS에서 제공하는 학술 논문 중 디지털 포용성과 관련해 출판된 SSCI, SCI, SCIE, A&HCI급 1,082편의 논문을 텍스트 마이닝 하였다. 구체적으로는 R과 Netminer를 활용해 주요 키워드에 대한 빈도 분석(TF, DF, TF-IDF), 토픽 모델링 기반의 디지털 포용성 이슈 분석, 그리고 각 이슈에 대한 연도별 출연 빈도를 분석하여 디지털 포용성 연구의 경향성을 탐색하였다. 토픽모델링 분석 결과 ‘사회담론(social discourse)’, ‘기술의 영향력(influence of technology)’, ‘디지털활용능력(digital literacy)’, ‘학습장소(learning space)’등의 10개 이슈로 분석되었고, ‘사회담론(social discourse)’, ‘기술의 영향력(influence of technology)’, ‘디지털활용능력(digital literacy)’이 상대적으로 높은 비율을 차지하고 있었다. 본 연구의 디지털 포용성에 대한 국제적 연구 동향을 기초로 우리나라 디지털 교육의 시사점을 논의 하였다

This thesis is to explore the issues on ‘Digital Inclusion’ by collecting academic big data from Web of Science(WoS), to provide further implications for the inclusive digital education policies. Using the WoS, the authors collected 1,081 studies from SCI journal related to digital inclusion. After preprocessing the collected data, using R and Netminer, the authors obtained the TF, DF, TF-IDF values on main keywords, and analyzed issues on digital inclusion using topic modeling. Then the authors anlayzed research trend on the topic of digital inclusion while analyzing the frequency. As a result of topic modeling, ten keywords had been driven: ‘social discourse’, ‘influence of technology’, ‘digital literacy’, ‘learning space’ et cetera. ‘Social discourse’, ‘influence of technology’, ’digital literacy’ appeared in a higher proportion relatively. Based on the international research trend on ‘digital inclusion,’ this thesis provided implications on digital education.
