어린이집 원장의 재직유형에 따라 심리적 소진, 직무스트레스, 사회적 지지, 집단자존감의 관계 분석

Analysis of the Relationship Between Psychological Burnout, Job Stress, Social Support, and Group Self-Esteem According to the Type of Employment of the Daycare Center Director

본 연구는 어린이집 원장의 재직유형에 따라 심리적 소진, 직무스트레스, 사회적 지지, 집단자존감의 차이를 알아보기 위한 것이다. 연구대상은 전국단위 어린이집 원장 729명이었다. 자료분석은 Window용 SPSS 25.0과 AMOS 25.0을 이용하여 빈도분석, 신뢰도 분석, 일원변량분석, t-test, 분석하였다. 연구결과, 첫째, 어린이집 설립원장이 고용원장보다 직무스트레스, 심리적 소진이 더 많은 것으로 나타났다. 고용원장보다 설립원장이 사회적 지지를 더 지지를 받고 있으며, 집단자존감도 더 높은 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 직무스트레스와 사회적지지 간 사회적 지지와 심리소진 간, 집단자존감과 심리적 소진 간에 부적 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 직무스트레스와 집단자존감 간에는 상관이 없는 것으로 나타났다. 직무스트레스와 심리적 소진 간, 사회적 지지와 집단자존감 간에는 정적 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 연구결과를 토대로 어린이집 원장의 직무스트레스와 심리적 소진을 감소시킬 수 있는 방안을 알아보는데 연구의 의의가 있다.

This study is to examine the differences in psychological exhaustion, job stress, social support, and group self-esteem according to the type of employment of the daycare center director. The subjects of this study were 729 heads of daycare centers nationwide. For data analysis, frequency analysis, reliability analysis, one-way variance analysis, t-test, and analysis were conducted using SPSS 25.0 and AMOS 25.0 for Windows. Results of the study: First, the founding director of the daycare center had more job stress and psychological exhaustion than the director of the employment ledger. Appeared. The founding director was more supported by social support than the employment ledger, and the group self-esteem was also higher. Second, there was a negative correlation between job stress and social support, social support and psychological burnout, and group self-esteem and psychological burnout. There was no correlation between job stress and group self-esteem. There was a positive correlation between job stress and psychological burnout, and between social support and group self-esteem. Based on the results of the study, the study is meaningful in finding ways to reduce the job stress and psychological exhaustion of the daycare center director.
