정보처리이론에 근거한 인강(인터넷 강의) 학습법의 효과 분석

Analysis of the effectiveness of the internet-lecture learning method based on the theory of information processing: Focusing on college students learning strategies and class participation

본 연구는 인터넷 강의(인강) 학습을 위하여 정보처리이론에 근거한 인강 학습을 개발하고 그 효과를 살펴보는 것에 목적이 있다. 정보처리이론을 바탕으로 개발된 인강 학습법을 대학생들에게 교육하여 학습전략과 수업참여도에 긍정적인 변화가 나타나는지 알아보았다. 본 연구의 실험집단은 J시 소재 대학교 재학 중인 대학생 7인으로 구성되었다. 집단프로그램은 2020년 11월 11일부터 12월 9일까지 매주 2회씩 총 10회기 진행되었다. 각 회기는 60분씩 구성되었다. 집단 프로그램 진행 전과 후 학습전략과 수업참여도 검사를 실시하였고, 결과 분석을 위해 Wilcoxon signed-rank Test를 실시하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 인강 학습법 집단프로그램은 학습전략 향상에 유의미한 효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 하위 전략 중 도움구하기를 제외한 하위전략들의 점수는 실험 전에 비해 p<.05 수준에서 유의미하게 향상되었다. 둘째, 인강 학습법 집단프로그램은 수업참여도 향상에 유의미한 효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 하위 전략 중 수업확장하기를 제외한 하위전략들의 점수는 실험 전에 비해 p<.05 수준에서 유의미하게 향상되었다. 이러한 연구결과를 바탕으로 정보처리이론에 근거한 인강 학습법의 효과를 논의하였다. 마지막으로 본 연구의 의의, 제한점, 추후 연구에 대한 제언이 제시되었다.

The purpose of this study is to develop a ‘Internet Lecture’ learning method based on information processing theory and examine its effects. It was investigated whether there are positive changes in learning strategies and class participation by educating college students with the ‘Internet Lecture’ learning method developed based on information processing theory. The experimental group of this study consisted of 7 college students enrolled in the university located in J city. The group program was held twice a week from November 11 to December 9, 2020, for a total of 10 sessions. Each session consisted of 60 minutes. Before and after the group program, learning strategy and class participation were tested, and the Wilcoxon signed-rank test was performed to analyze the results. The research results are as follows. First, the group program had a significant effects on improving the learning strategies excluding seeking help. Second, the group program had a significant effects on improving class participation excluding class extension. Based on these findings, the effect of the ‘Internet Lecture’ learning method based on information processing theory was discussed.
