The Effect of Social and Institutional Values of Social Workers on Job Satisfaction

The purpose of this study were to indicate job satisfaction for social wokers. The variables for the study included social and institutional values, rectal satisfaction for job satisfaction. The data were collected from 228 employees of the social workers who gave their informed consent and completed a self-reported questionnaire in November, 2016. A structural model analysis was established and used to assess parameters such as social values, institutional values, rectal satisfaction for job satisfaction. The fitness of the hypothetical model was adequate(CMIN/DF=2.585, GFI=0.989, TLI=0.937, CFI=0.987, IFI=0.988, RMR=0.014). Analysis of the hypothetical model demonstrated that the total effects of social and institutional values were significantly correlated with rectal satisfaction. The explanation power of the hypothetical model was 19.7%. The factors that influenced on the job satisfaction were institutional values and rectal satisfaction and the explanation power was 90.2%. The results of this study indicate that it is necessary to develop value formation to enhance job satisfaction.
