Second, it is necessary to provide professional support to the resident community center by arranging a dedicated workforce to operate a program for lifelong education program activation. Third, the tuition fees operated by the resident community centers are not expensive, and there are limitations in facility maintenance, program management, and support for tuition fees. Fourth, the active participation of the residents community center committee should encourage the interest and participation of local residents. Fifth, it is necessary to coordinate and integrate similar programs of neighboring residents community center.
