A Study on the Improvement Direction for the Consortium of Universities: K University College of Healing Bio Sciences Consortium Case

The purpose of this study is to find out the problems of consortium of universities and to search for ways to promote sustainable operation in the future. As a result, the students of College of Healing Bio Sciences Consortium satisfied with the overall operation of consortium of universities. Also it was found that the curriculums opened in the consortium of universities were found to be satisfactory in terms of being beneficial, and reflecting social, environmental characteristic, but they feel unsatisfactory in terms of diversity. In addition, it showed that the most preferred method of teaching was lecture, and the degree of satisfaction with linkage between campuses was high, but there was almost no actual campus-to-campus exchange has been occurred. Based on this, proposing the activation strategies as follows. First, it is necessary to improve the educational infrastructure by building a lecture system based on communication and cooperation, strengthening education services, and expanding the number of subjects suitable for the educational goals of each major. Second, the development and provision of a cooperative program through offline class expansion and a association club. Third, it is necessary to promote consortium of universities and spread exchanges such as smart marketing, establishing various publicity strategy plans, and spreading links through platform sharing.
