This study was conducted in order to gain basic data for community welfare center users. This data will be used to get better understanding on how to improve service satisfaction for center users. The research will additionally look into how service quality affects the level of service satisfaction and the psychological well-being of community members using the center. The analysis was conducted by using service quality as the mediating factor and verifying how it affects the psychological well-being of service users. Through the analysis it was found that service quality did indeed have a direct effect on the center users psychological well-being. This result shows that in order to increase the psychological well-being of community members using the welfare centers, service usage satisfaction has to be improved and to achieve this the overall service quality has to be improved as well. In other words, there is a need to increase welfare center users psychological well-being through efforts to improve welfare center service quality. This will as a result increase service user satisfaction. In the future, efforts are needed to develop customized programs for each generation, to improve the quality of services through leader trust and organizational commitment, to provide institutional support for the modernization of facilities and equipment, and to develop programs that are centered on personal growth.
