An Exploratory Study on the Expansion of Shared Value of Elderly Welfare : Focusing on the Talent Sharing Activities for Senior Through the Analysis of Ordinances
(Purpose) The sharing economy is an alternative economic system for the concept of borrowing, not owning resources, and allocating resources based on social relations and shared ethics is considered a core value. The purpose of this study was to explore how the sharing economy is related to the Talent Sharing Activities for Senior among elderly welfare, and to present the direction of Talent Sharing Activities for Senior to spread shared value. (Design/methodology/approach) In order to derive the value of the sharing economy, 11 metropolitan governments with sharing economy support ordinances were analyzed based on the significance, policy, system, and support system of the ordinance. Based on the analysis, the relationship between shared economic value and talent sharing activities for the elderly was derived. (Findings) As a result of the study, it was analyzed that the Talent Sharing Activities for Senior is aimed at the value of sharing talent for the elderly, but the use of shared resources has not been activated. (Research implications or Originality) The study suggested that support is needed to expand the possibility of shared value, such as the activation of a system and delivery system that can organically utilize community resources to ensure differentiation from other elderly welfare so that professional elderly talents can be shared to the community.
