RHRD s Driving Strategies and Role of Kangwon Land Corporation in Coal Counties

In recent studies, there has been much interest in human resources development between national level and local level through various policy subject s partnership and program execution on new regional developmental perspective. This study examines the regional human resources development of four coal counties located in Gangwon-do. First of all, in the regional human resources development of four coal counties it is important to review many practical strategies and methods for the regional development. The study also provides regional human resources development and role of Kangwon Land corporation as a policy subject surrounding four coal counties. Based on analytical results, the study explains desirable strategies and practical programs of regional human resources development by Kangwon Land Corporation. Finally, several conclusions and policy implications were suggested to promote the Kangwon Land Corporation s role and participating methods of regional human resources development in coal counties.
