An Exploratory Study on Critical Understanding of Local Development Theory and the Local Community

There is changed in quickly speed in paradigm of local development. Causes of change are not only transportation system and IT advancing technology but also cultural and environmental factors. Paradigm of local development is transforming in focusing more mental and environmental value than physical and external value. First, this study recognize that local development policy of growth theory have many problems, in especially distribution of unequal wealth and gap between wealthy and poors, and then understand that positive factors of local community connect to the internal resource of local city. Second, core of local development know that how do we industrialize internal resources of local city? Third, this study is an exploratory study having many advantages which economy resources and cultural resources are related to the local development, and these(economy and cultural) resources are connected to the advantage of local community.
