A Study on the Program Effectiveness for Regional Development in Philippine NPOs

The rationale of this study is to find Philippine NPO s program effectiveness for regional development. It is very crucial for this objectives to identify globalization and neo liberalism impact on world economy and to develop a civil society and a non profit organizations for global governance system. Also, there must be case researches to identify program effectiveness for regional development in Philippine NPOs. To support the achievement of this objective mentioned above, the researcher has built up an internal and external analysis reflection with regard to Philippine NPOs activities on the network system between mother NGOs with affiliate regional NPOs and program effectiveness for beneficiaries by survey questionnaire. Concerning with respect to the above, the results are driven from the studies as followings; 1. The self-help empowerment is to make a regional development by people participating in and organizing the network process. 2. The important factor in performing the task of regional development is that the government uses a private sector implemented by governance, and identification with the community is a significant variable in the process of network. 3. The participatory approach with regard to organizational planning appears to be more effective in developing an strong sense of belonging or ownership among the community members. 4. The NGO s performance in the program process should be sustinable and accountable for the community beneficiary.
