The Analysis of FTZ’s Common Feature and Unique Feature in China

After entry into the New Normal Era, The Chinese government has Changed the way of Development and Open-Door Policy. In order to achieve its goal, The Chinese Government emphasize the Likonomics System, try to more intensified Open-Door Policy. As that meaning, Chinese Four Free Trade Zone(FTZ) gets a strong attention. Chinese four FTZ has a common feature; Trade facilitation, investment liberalization, internationalization of banking and administrative simplification. As a Top-down policy decision-making, these four common feature are based on successful experience at the Shang-hai FTZ, and Now full implementation of the other three FTZ(Tian-jin, Fu-jian, Guang-zhou). On the other side, Unique feature in the Chinese four FTZ have conflated the central government policy with the local government Open-Door policy. Considering Local Government’s specificity; Chang-jiang economic belt; Metropolitan economic belt; China-Hongkong CEPA; China-Taiwan ECFA, Chinese Four FTZ should push a head with the interlocking development policy. As the Chinese Government New Open-Door policy, This Research emphasize to combining the Central Government FTZ policy and the local Government FTZ policy.
