초등교사의 다문화인식, 자아존중감, 다문화태도 및 다문화교수역량의 구조적 관계

Analysis on the structural relationship among Primary Teachers’ Multicultural Awareness, Self-esteem, Multicultural Attitudes, and Multicultural Teaching Competency

이 연구는 초등교사의 다문화인식, 자아존중감, 다문화태도 및 다문화교수역량의 구조적 관계를 분석하여 변인간의 효과를 밝히는데 목적이 있다. 본 연구 수행을 위해 J도에서 근무하는 초등교사 중에서 본 연구에 동의한 298명을 최종분석대상으로 선정하였으며 응답에 빠짐이 없는 268부의 설문지를 분석하였다. 연구결과, 초등교사의 다문화인식, 자아존중감, 다문화태도와 다문화교수역량간에는 집단간에 차이를 보였다. 그리고 초등교사의 다문화인식은 자아존중감, 다문화태도와 다문화교수역량에 직접적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 초등교사의 다문화인식이 다문화교수역량에 미치는 영양에 있어서 자아존중감과 다문화태도는 매개효과를 보였다. 이러한 결과는 초등교사의 다문화교수역량 증진에 영향을 주는 요인을 분석함으로써 초등교사의 다문화교수역량을 증진하기 위해 자아존중감과 다문화태도 향상을 위한 지원 노력이 필요하다.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the structural relationships of multicultural awareness, self-respect, multicultural attitude, and multicultural teaching ability of elementary school teachers to reveal the effects of interdiction. In order to carry out this study, 298 students who agreed to this study were selected as the final subjects of analysis among J elementary school teachers, and 268 questionnaires were analyzed without being missed in response. According to the study, there was a difference between the multicultural awareness, self-respect, multicultural attitude and multicultural teaching ability of elementary school teachers. And it was found to have a direct influence on the self-respect of multicultural awareness among elementary school teachers, multicultural attitude and multicultural education ability. In addition, it showed a mediating effect in self-respect and multicultural attitude in the influence of multicultural awareness of elementary school teachers on the efficacy of multicultural teaching. These results are expected to require support efforts to improve self-respect and multicultural attitudes in order to enhance elementary school teachers ability to teach multiculturalism by analyzing factors that affect elementary school teachers capacity for multicultural teaching.
