간호대학생의 생명의료윤리의식과 환자안전에 대한 태도가 환자안전에 대한 수행자신감에 미치는 영향

Influence of Biomedical Ethics Awareness and Attitude of Patient Safety on the Performance Confidence in Patient Safety in Nursing Students

본 연구는 간호대학생의 생명의료윤리의식에 대한 태도, 환자안전에 대한 태도가 환자안전에 대한 수행자신감에 미치는 영향을 파악하고자 실시된 서술적 조사연구이다. 본 연구의 대상자는 D시의 임상실습 경험이 있는 간호학과 학생 161명이다. 자료분석은 SPSS 25.0 program을 이용하여 서술통계, 독립표본 t-test, ANOVA, Pearson 상관분석과 위계적 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과, 간호대학생의 생명의료윤리의식. 환자안전에 대한 태도가 환자안전에 대한 수행자신감에 영향을 미치는 변수로 나타났으며, 이 변수들은 환자안전에 대한 수행자신감을 32.9% 설명하였다. 본 연구의 결과를 토대로 간호대학생의 환자안전에 대한 수행자신감을 높이기 위해서는 생명의료윤리의식 및 환자안전에 대한 태도를 고려한 체계적인 프로그램의 개발이 필요하다.

This descriptive study investigated the effects of biomedical ethics awareness and attitude of patient safety on the performance confidence in patient safety in nursing students. The participants were 161 nursing students in D city. Data were collected from October 1 to 31, 2019. Date analysis was performed descriptive statistics t-test, ANOVA, Pearson’s correlation and hierarchical multiple regression using SPSS 25.0 program. The regression model that included satisfaction with nursing major, biomedical ethics awareness, attitude of patient safety explained about 32.9% of performance confidence in patient safety. Based on the results of this study, the development of a systematic program considering the biomedical ethics awareness and attitudes to patient safety is necessary to increase the confidence of nursing students in performing patient safety.
