A Comparative Analysis of Innovation Level Difference of Local Government-focused on the Analysis of Innovation Predicaments & It s Overcome Strategies-

This study analyzed innovation predicaments and overcome strategies of Roh government based on the innovation evaluation of 2006. The results of analysis are as follows. The difference of innovation level among local governments could be found distinctly in the aspects of the innovation diagnosis method, innovation predicaments themselves and overcome strategy of them. Especially the local government of fifth stage of innovation level used more various means to diagnosis innovation predicaments than that of the second stage. In finding out innovation predicaments, The local government of fifth stage also showed more positive than that of the second stage. The final result for varieties of using overcome strategies of innovation predicaments and adopting relevant means for them also represented difference between two groups of local governments. These analyzed results implicate that there is distinct characteristics in innovation predicaments and it s overcome strategies in accordance with the innovation level of local government.
