Behavior s Analysis for Sustainable Development Policies of the Ul-leung Island, Province of Gyeongsangbukdo

The propose of the research is to behavior s analysis for sustainable development policies of the as case Ul-leung Island, according to its continuity, usefulness, preservation and function of administrative management. The results as following. First, Province of Gyeongsangbukdo and Ul-leung Island have more answered which is have no established comprehensive planning. And currently, execution of program under planning were average 3.38 and in future 3.58 respectively. Second, Analysis of preservation status in current is 3.1 and future 3.4 in the sector of preservation. The biggest problems are the reduction of fisheries, desertification of the sea, coastal corrosion, occurrence of red tide. Third, Current resource use status is average 2.95. Later it will move to 2.96 point in usefulness aspect. Marine resources taking up the highest portion among resources are fisheries, deep sea water, beautiful scenery resources, land from the sea, Fourth, Administrative management function is evaluated 3.16 and incoming 3.34 respectively. The most important parts in administrative management functions are budge, human resources, and organizations in order of its importance
