A Study on Construction Local Officials Training Institutes Education and Training Status and Development Directions

This study would design the research framework for construction local officials training institutes education and training status and development directions in Jeolla-Bukdo public organization. Education and training field in public sector is important research thesis but has been overlooked. So, four variables are chosen to construction public servant education training system for the heightening of productivity in public organization:  education and training system ‚ education and training infra ƒ education and training contents and methods In conclusion, in theoretical side, this study have implication on as follows:  Education and Training System. The capability strengthening of local officials training institutes, the connection strengthening of vision and goal between Jeolla-Bukdo and officials training institutes, the founding of bottom-up education and training methods, ‚ Education and Training Infra. The manpower increase and education engineering specialist collection, the improvement of continuing education and training results, the need of continuing budget investment, the founding of efficient education and training expenditure ƒ Education and Training Contents and Methods. The discriminatory education and training program, the education process and education and training support strengthening of demander focus.
