The main objectives of this study are to examine effect of educational service quality and organizational commitment on organizational behavior and to analyze influence of organizational commitment. To achieve the purposes in the research, we reviewed various approaches, analysis levels and methods in organizational empowerment, organizational loyalty, organizational commitment, organizational citizenship. For empirical analysis, data have been gathered through questionnaire given to 78 teachers of middle-high school Chungnam Province. The commitment of educational service have influenced on job satisfaction and improvement of service quality as management equipment. The job satisfaction of educational service exercise great influence on service quality.
