Due to popularization and rapid development of mobile technology such as HSYPA, User-Created Contents service has been developed rapidly. The UCC culture, featured by participation, openness and sharing is based on Web 2.0, which leads to a network society, in which the functions of self-expression can be globally linked to one another through the interactions between open space and user participation . But now this UCC service is emerging stage in mobile. To boost this service in a successful, we attract user to participation in this service. So we recognize service s success as user s participation. The main purpose of this study is to find out what factors of UCC are required for user s participation. The findings of this study indicate that variables on participation in UCC service activities of local residents are as follows: self-efficiency, contents quality, information usefulness, social presence, vitality.
