A Study of Performance Management Case Analysis and Operation of Public Institutions

Up to the present, public institutions have made efforts for management reform. In a radically changing environment where meaningful results cannot be further expected through a conventional way of working, it cannot be avoided but to try reform. This study would design for performance management case analysis and effective operation alternative in Gwacheon City Public Facilities Management Corporation. The performances of public institutions were influenced by the BSC use whether it was over 3 years or not as well as BSC use. Design for performance management case analysis and effective operation alternative is important research thesis, but has been overlooked. In conclusion, in theoretical side, this study have implication on as follows  definite understanding of evaluation objective ‚ consideration of evaluation time ƒ consideration of evaluation institution ➃ carry out of diverse evaluation method ➄ good evaluation indicator.
