College students find it difficult to get employed , which is a complicated problem with many features . Seen on the surface , such a phenomenon originates from the following : the seperation of the establishment of majors in higher institutes from the demand of the market ,the inadaptation of the supervision in getting employed in higher institutes to the development of the situation ,the inaccordance of the graduates’expectation with the practical need ,and the contrast between the graduates’qualities and the need of the market . However , seen deeply furthur , this phenomenon reflects the social contradiction in the structure of human resources.
