A Study on the Expansion Plan of Welfare Institution for the Disabled

In case of Korea, service programs which can properly meet the requirements of multilateral rehabilitation desire of the disabled and their families are lack both in quality and in quantity. So, to establish a counterplan about this situation is needed without delay. The living standard for a care of welfare institution for the disabled, with the a care for a neglect class, should be improved by right because the welfare for the disabled is one of general matters to improve the quality of national living. But the loss problem of efficiency which is caused by a lack phenomenon of the welfare institution for the disabled and the professional worker, a poor financial status on running program, a closing propensity of institution management is placed on the very serious situation. This study, therefore, is to find the general plan that effectively enable to settle a shortage matter of welfare institution for the disabled.
