This study analysed activities of Regional Innovation Council(RIC) of Kwangju․Jeonnam, Daegu․Kyungbuk, Jeonbuk comparatively and suggested some of the implications based on the evaluated results. The main discovered facts are as follows. First, the level of activities of RIC is totally low in view of definite evaluation criteria. Second is that a RIC of Daegu․Kyungbuk is more activated than the other ones. and also super RIC like kwanju․Jeonnam, Daegu․Kyungbuk is more positive and active than simple RIC of Jeonbuk. The implication of this results suggest that the activities of RIC will be activated in their own roles and functions. Also, the simple RIC like Jeonbuk needs to run a small group in each division of RIC and introduces new incentives for promoting the council members participation in their role of agenda-development and discussion
