민사소송에서 법관의 부담을 줄이는 방안들에 대하여

Judges have heavy pressure from lots of caseloads and technical issues in civil procedure. It would be necessary to help them manage the cases. So I look to the american civil system to be useful for this purpose. Magistrae judge and master may be the good examples for this purpose. Magistrate judge is a kind of judge and helps reduce the burden of judges. Master helps manage the case by pretrial management and settlement conference. They could be good for being researched as systems for reducing the burden of judges and being efficient and effective dispute resolution.
