디지털 글쓰기 공간으로서 페이스북 소재 ‘<대나무숲>’의 의미와 가능성

Facebook as a digital writing space Meaning and possibility of Bamboo Forest : Subject to writing a self-experience essay based on Bamboo Forest

논문은 페이스 북을 통해 각 대학별로 존재하고 있는 <대나무숲>이라는 디지털커뮤니티 공간에 대해 주목하고, 여기에서 이루어지고 있는 대학생들의 글쓰기 방식에 대해 살펴보고자 했다. 그간 디지털 미디어의 발달로 문식환경이 빠르게 변화했고, 대학생들 역시 이 공간에서 자기 경험에 의거한 다양한 글쓰기를 수행하고 있다. 그러나 자기경험을 강조하고 있는 대학의 글쓰기 연구에서는, 그동안 이에 대한 접근을 시도하지 않았다. 본 논문에서 살펴본 바 이 공간은 대학별로 활발하게 운영되고있으며, 다양한 경험 글쓰기들이 시도되고 있었다. 이에 따라 스놉의 외피에서 탈피한 자기고백적 글쓰기와 보편적 공감의 장과 공유의식을 확대하는 글쓰기가 수행되고 있음을 살폈다. 나아가 사실과 허구의 경계를 넘나들면서 작가의식을 부연하고 문예의 장으로 기능하고 있음을 살펴보았다. 이때 <대나무숲>의 글은 사실적 글쓰기에서 문학적 진실성을 강조하는 문예물로 기능하게 된다. <대나무숲>이라는 공간이 지니고 있는 여러 한계점에도 불구하고, 향후 글쓰기 교육에서 이를 지속적으로 주목하고 활용해야 하는 이유다.

Through Facebook, this paper examined Bamboo Forest, the digital community space which exists in each university, and analyzed the way college students write there. Meanwhile, the literary environment has changed rapidly due to the development of digital media, and university students are also writing about their own experiences in this Bamboo Forest. But in writing studies at universities that emphasize self-experience, there has been no attempt to approach it. As we discussed in this paper, Bamboo Forest is actively operated by universities, and various experience writing was being attempted. Accordingly, we examined how self-confession writing, which deviated from the outer shell of Snoop, and writing that expanded the concepts of universal empathy and shared consciousness are being carried out. Furthermore, reader crossed the line between facts and fiction, adding to the writer s consciousness and serving as a literary and artistic field. The writing in Bamboo Forest serves as a literary artifact that emphasizes literary integrity in realistic writing. This is why, despite the limitations of Bamboo Forest, it is necessary to keep an eye on and utilize it in future writing education.
