한국어 어휘·문법 수업에의 하브루타 적용 가능성

The Application of Havruta’s Teaching: Learning Method in Korean vocabulary and grammar classes

하브루타는 짝과의 질문,토론,논쟁을 통해 대화하면서 배우는 학습방법이다.본연구는 학습자 주도의 한국어교육의 일환으로 한국어 어휘·문법 교육에의 하브루타방식의 적용 가능성을 탐색하는 것을 목적으로 한다.이를 위하여 한국어 고급 학습자를 대상으로 한 하브루타 어휘·문법 수업모형을 설계하였다.그리고 실제 수업에적용하고 그 교육 효과를 확인하기 위하여 사전,사후 어휘·문법 수준에 대한 자기평가와 학습자들의 면담을 통하여 하브루타 수업에 대한 인식과 수업 만족도에 대한 조사를 실시하였다.그 결과 학습자들은 전반적으로 하브루타 어휘·문법 수업 방식에만족하고 어휘·문법 수준도 사전에 비해 높아졌다고 여기고 있었다.향후 학습자 하브루타 어휘·문법 교육에 대한 수준별 연구가 이루어져 학습자 중심의 한국어교육에기여하기를 기대한다

Havruta is a learner-driven teaching method that enables students to learn through conversations, such as questions, discussions, and debates with a partner. This study aims to explore the suitability of Havruta for teaching Korean vocabulary and grammar in the Korean education system. To achieve this goal, a Havruta vocabulary and grammar learning class model was designed, targeting advanced KFL learners. This study was applied to an actual class and selfassessment was completed to evaluable the learners’ vocabulary and grammar levels. In addition, interviews were conducted to grasp the learners’ awareness of Havruta Classes and satisfaction. Results showed that learners were generally satisfied with the Havruta learning method and they felt their vocabulary and grammar levels improved. This study can contribute to future efforts towards learner-centered Korean language education by conducting level studies on learners’ vocabulary and grammar education.
